They are indeed. They where the name the high street stores used (old Virgin stores) before they went bankrupt.. The name was bought from the administrators for much cheapness and is now hawked out as an online only store, but has nothing to do with the previous high street venture of the same name..

Bought from zavvi (& thehut) previously both using one of the badly thought out promotional price plans, they didnt do anything badly, fair enough delivery, honest enough purchase process.. Awful names though (as was zavvi when it was originally envisioned)

Same, used them a few times and no problems. One company I refuse to use now though is play.com.
