Ghost Recon: Future Solider - Gameplay Footage

Apologies if this has been posted previously but personally i really liked playing the first ghost recon on the 360 and loved the second one. The active camo looks very Predator-esq which might make things difficult in multiplayer!! Lets hope the next game they work on is Rainbow 6! - enjoy

I see what theyre altering with the GRAW franchise.. its another Cover Based Shooter!

Was put off with that camo gameplay for being featured for so long, the GRAW series is the heavy shooter, and moving it ito stealth makes it a bit too much 'Splinter cell' (& even that was pulled into cover based assassinations in its last game), so hopefully thats just one level in the game, and being showcased for the trailer)

(R6 = tactical squad based)
(GRAW = action shooting)
(Splinter cell = stealthy)
(HAWX = fucking rubbish)

If that camo is available for constant use in MP, its going to have to have major drawbacks, otherwise its just going to be a shit MP game where you just see shimming images of enemies. (eg, camo available but cannot fire whilst cloaked)

I just hope they dont have other shitty achievements that involve leaderboards in the game..

I loved graw 1 and 2 especially the cross com system sending your guys to cover and ordering them about. I think the tactical slow pace has been changed for a more straight up shooter which is a real shame we got halo and Cod for that, graw was always the slower paced alternative

Graw was never really stealth just tactical all about positions and arcs of fire. Get them wrong and you were toast

Yeah Graw was a tactical 3rd person shooter in the same way R6V is a first person tactical shooter you cant run around in a suicidal cod-esq way like Rambo on speed you have to think about what you are doing, there are some definite stealth bits though so imo its a bit of both

Yeap, but with the differetn franchises having different style of play, you knew what you where getting with each game. (granted r6V moved from overhead style to a more action based, but the core was still there)..

If Future Warrior, Conviction shows that all the games are all just heading into a blending of cover based action shooters then its not just to the detriment of 1 game, but to all.. as it'll just be another yearly release that offers no difference (& will likely sink as a franchise)

In other news.. does Tom Clancy actually do any work on these games anymore? or does he just sit back waiting for the pay cheque to arrive?

Sounds like a pretty wrong game for me, i am more of a go in shoot everything and hope for the best, maybe i should be call a Rambo COD mad shooter, however i love Battlefield Series better
