NEED FOR SPEED HOT PURSUIT REVIEW
The latest edition to the series is looking pretty awesome you're not in the race tracks like in need for speed shift but out in the county of seacrest which has coast, forest, montains and the desert. In career mode you have the option of being a racer or a cop with some pretty awesome cars being lined up.If you select the racer the more races you win the more your bounty will go up if you get caught and you have a high bounty on your head then expect to pay out a large sum of money to get your car back you'll also get some equipment to help you avoid the cops.If you decide to beome a cop the racers you catch with high bounty's will help you to pay for the cost of your police cars and the equipment that you win along the way, as a cop you have the options of using a helicopter, roadblocks, spkiestrips and EMP an electromagnetic pulse that frys the cars systems and gives the car a mind of it's own.
EA have added a new dimension to the game by adding the AUTOLOG which basically means that when you set a new time somewhere in Seacrest County then that time will be posted to your friends so they then have the option of beating it and when they do their time will then be posted on your screen more about the AUTOLOG can be found at YouTube - Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Autolog Recommends - Sun, Sand and Supercars and have a look at some game play at YouTube - Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit Gameplay - E3 2010
My thoughts this game has the potential of being an awesome game what with the autolog so you don't have to race on-line all the time you can just go and try and beat some times and the graphics look pretty good as well but it does bring back some memories of burnout partically in the crashes but if it helps to bring the game to a new level then i can live with it.
