i have been phoning BT to get the line sorted out for the moving day which is today.
They said they can get the line workin today for fone calls, but it wont be ready for internet for another 7 - 10 days, not impressed. My isp wont be up for another week after that. So i could be looking 2 weeks at least.
It's never fookin simple for me.

You should ask for the Mac code mate and BT should be waiting at the other end. I moved with Virgin and the line was ready before i arrived!

i dont even need a make code. as there has never been internet at the new house so thats why im extremely pissed off. Im just getting screwed by the system. lol.

Ive foned them about 15 times from last week, so my phone bill will be high. but that is for another rant.

I'll give them another call today, or now. sooo angry with call centre staff ryt now
