These are handed out when you first boot up Waypoint for those of you meeting the necessary criteria.

Sod that i want my General emblem on my armour. Not sure about the whole Dare helmet thing - She has the Recon helmet already

Good little load of freebies and they dont require purchasing any future DLC that may or not be coming glad the cool helmets are for the harder achivements.
Shame noone of them are for Halo 3 be cool too wear the Spartan armour for Completion on Halo 3 legendary or something.
