New Gears of War 3 Screenshots Released

I thought these were already “public knowledge” but apparently nobody else has seen them yet so here’s your next teaser of Gears 3. Complete with close up’s of the tentacle baddy from the teaser trailer and a glowing beasty which bares a startling resemblance to the Sires from the “horror” bit of Gears 2’s campaign.

A lot of these Imulsion infected enemies look like they may well be melee focussed so I hope it doesn’t turn into the aforementioned “horror” section which you beat by holding down “B” and walking forwards.

Slightly improves textures and lighting. Check. “Bigger, better and more badass” enemies. Check. Giant mech to stomp around in. Check. Honestly what else did you expect from “Cliffy B”.

Most of these are in-game engine with ammo counters and whatnot so enjoy!

Gotta say, I'm really looking forward to becoming swept up in the hype tornado that is sure to surround this game.

i see they have tried to "sex up" the characters, with marcus and doms slightly gay sleeveless armour, and anya much prettier and larger-busted than she used to be. doms beard is pretty awful though

i cant wait to see what cole looks like, if hes in it (he better be).

PS id love to see 4 player co-op lost planet style instead of just 2
