Thread: Mass Effect 2 Lair of the Shadow Broker

Bioware have finally announced the release date for the latest DLC for Mass Effect 2 costing 800 M$P . Titled the "Lair of the Shadow Broker" the DLC is released on September 7 and comes with a new adventure, the Shadow Broker intel center, new research options, and five new achievements.

The DLC takes place on illium and involve the hot blue chick Liara from ME1 and yes, you get to continue your relationship with her if you imported your ME1 shepard. I did and i banged the blue bitch rotten. I wonder how it ties in with my kinky tattoo'd bit of rough, bitch fight lol

The Story centres around Liara tracking down the mysterious Shadow Broker attempting to recover the man the Broker kidnapped... Team up with Liara and chase clues from the luxurious heights of Illium to the Shadow Broker's own secret lair.

The shadow broker is a prominant figure in the ME universe always in the background during ME 1 andwas part of the reason Tali came to the Citadel: the data file she had proving Saren Arterius had gone rogue put her in danger, but was too valuable to waste.

He has a more prominant role in ME2 after being hired by the collectors to recover Shepards body after his death. Liara tracked him down and recovered shepards body before handing it to cerberus. Its in the books i haven't bothered reading coz they are probably shite.

Anyway kick ass DLC on route in 2 weeks nice!!!

I know mate best get on it i suppose, well looking forward to some more Mass Effect hope its a bit bigger than the last DLC

Liara handing over Shepard to Cerberus was in the comics they were okay but nothing worth back tracking for. I only got them because I'm a Mass Effect nut I've got both the novels too.
