    Call of Duty elite

Well done to Activision for finding another way to rip off its customers. Its ok though because you dont have to pay for this service it only enriches the experience. From what i've seen so far they have taken what Bungie have done for free and charged for it.

Want to view your stats - That will be $10
Want to find players you want to play with - That will be $10
Want to compete in tournaments - That will be $10
Want tools to help improve - That will be $10

ALL of this is free with other games. Bungie provide massive stat tracking facilities
    Matchmaking & Your friends list
Dozens of tournaments are free to enter
Youtube has guides and tutorials for gameplay help and advice

So what are the idiots who will pay for this actually getting? Sod all from my reckoning apart from ripped off.

Thank you Activision for dealing the final blow to the horrid mess that is Call of Duty. I would love this to get soundly ignored and die a horrid death but there are far to many 12 year olds who'll get their lazy parents to pay their subscription.

And to think Activision used to be my favourite publisher - another lifetime ago. And what really pisses me off is that logo, that shoddy bevel and emboss on the metal, the weird metal frowny, melting skull, that fucking stupid Elite wording (which looks like EL:T3) - I'd like to skull-fuck the designer responsible for this shit.

I thought that most of these services were free but you pay for additional features like clan tournaments.

Also yes that logo was clearly made by the work experience boy...

I remember Activision leaked a pay to play idea a while since and there was uproar. Turns out all that denying was only half truths and it was this they were working on. To be honest it won't effect me I'm dropping out of the Call of Duty games as two a year is ridiculous.

I probably could, yes. Tell me what sort of logo do you want - complex (like the above, lots of bits and bobs, slogans etc) something simple and clean, what elements you want on it and I'll see what I can do. FACT.

EDIT: After thoughtfully chewing upon some delicious duck rolls, I should add the more complex it is, the more difficult it is to do it in silver, it becomes a shiny, chrome mess. So Simple>metal, complex>full colour. FOR CONTRAST, YO.

The quote from the the gay gamer made me chuckle.

So if all the COD players are going to find like minded people in COD Elite then that has to be a good thing as it keeps all the tossers away from places like this here site.
