Decisions Decisions Decisions..... What edition to buy lads i quite like the look of the Collectors edition (?99.99) which comes with a Limited Edition Marcus Fenix Statue .

I love the extra bits all the diary entries like the Halo Reach Legendary edition it really adds to the package in my opinion and its ?50 quid less the Halo one bonus!

What editions are you guys getting?

I'm going basic bog standard cheapest possible, its like buying a hooker and spending extra to pick what she wears, as long as I get my hooker to play with I really don't mind

I think i'll go with Vanilla, tis nice to read and look at all that stuff but after the inital hour of mooching through it, it'll go in it's box and never be touched again. You only play the disc.

I shall be getting the limited edition as I'm a massive Gears fan, would get the epic edition but I doubt I'll be able to afford it.

I'd prefer it it they did it like Rockstar games - only releasing a Vanilla Edition and all the other extras you can buy from the company store, pick 'n' mix style biznatch - I'm only interested in the art book - although 96 pages is a bit weak. Not a patch on The Art of Mass Effect/Halo/Half Life 2 books. They're quality.

Standard edition for me with the option to buy some action figure of Fenix and a locust. Then I can pose them myself to make it look like Marcus is doing a big dump on his enemy. Spray paint it gold and voila, limited edition.

Limited Edition for me, although pity I will be losing my golden lancer!! The Halo Reach 100 quid edition for me give you the statue worth the money, not so much with Marcus statue.

Normal Edition for me, i can only afford ?40 for a game

I'll be going with the middling Limited Edition over the Epic Edition I think, I seriously gotta wean myself off these special edition games my collection is getting insane, not sure how much more plastic crap I can fit inside my office.
I'm not really mourning the lack of a Fenix statue in the Limited Edition but the art book would have been pretty sweet, still the Service medal and flag will be pretty cool (and compact) so I'll look forward to them.
