Took me an hour to download so sorry I missed those who were already playing it. Still it did give me chance to watch Alphas.
Battlefield 3, Left 4 Dead 1 & 2, Halo 3, Halo Reach, Gears of War 1,2 & 3.

Yeap, its wasnt so much a 'middle finger to pass holders' but rather a mix up with MS and apparently they set it up incorrectly so it wasnt mixed in with the pass..
It was tweeted after it, that if anyone who did purchase it and had also purchased the season pass thing, they would process a refund (actually Id assume it was a points deposit rather than refund, but that doesnt matter)
