Thread: Xbox Live Profile Error

Forums are buzzing with multiple complaints from Xbox Live subscribers encountering error codes (801540B7 and 80070571) when attempting to log in, locking them out of their profile, online gaming and purchased content.
"Microsoft said in a statement: "We have recently identified an Xbox Live profile data error that results in Error Code 801540B7 for a small number of Xbox Live members. The error instructs users to attempt to re-download their Xbox Live profile and directs them to customer service support for further assistance.

"We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused to our loyal Xbox Live members and are working to resolve the issue as soon as possible."

The issue is still open with the MS team at present luckily i haven't had any problems signing in yet fingers crossed, but if you have encountered the error they are working very hard to resolve the problem!
