Thread: Syndicate remake demo coming soon

A 4-player co-op demo from the upcoming FPS reboot of Bullfrog's classic murder-em-up Syndicate is due to be released on XBL in the next couple of weeks. The demo uses one of the nine co-op levels to appear alongside the single player campaign.

In the demo, you and your team of agents are tasked with infilitrating a rival syndicate, assasinate a high level official, steal some blueprints and then make good with your feet.

The full game is due to released February 21st.

And for you retro fans who can remember the very first isometric Syndicate, if you have a PC and you want to play it, you can buy it (shortly) from Gog.com

I can't wait to try this out. I had the original Syndicate on the SNES and that was awesome. I do actually own Syndicate 2 but I only ever played the one mission, silly me. Still could be quite good and the co-op side with 4 players could be very good. It'd have to pretty soon as the current release date I think for the game itself is in February.

Yea, agree with that. This has alot of potential, Syndicate 2 was rock hard.. although, thats prob down to my just running and shooting pedestrians and trying to evade the police for as long as i could. Played it for ages, not sure i ever actually bothered with a single mission hahahaha far too trigger happy.

Looks good. I remember the isometric original, old bugger that I am. Another game to add to my list for when I win the lottery/successfully rob a bank/get a decent paying job
