Left For Dead Game Night Thread

Drama queen. ;) Well I'll be on tonight playing Left 4 Dead 2 from 9 as usual. Feel free to join in if I'm not on your friends list currently fire me over so you can jump straight in. If everyone has the Passing I'd be up for trying to get the crash a survivor through 8 chairs at the wedding. Which all depends on spawns.

Other than I always enjoy Scavenge which is workable for 4 players or more. Or if we have 4 players or less then it's on to a campaign. Anything other than Hard Rain or Dark Carnival as those have been played in the last two weeks.

I may well be putting a list together of our regular players to see what dlc we all have. It'd certainly help with planning future events. See you tonight fellow zombies or survivors.

The way the a chargers singled Steve out was quite funny. Not to mention the jockey that took him over a ledge and the series of events that followed. As I attempted to run down the stairs to rescue him.

All in all a good night and one that showed why we do left4dead nights.

On tonight from 9 for some zombie slaying action. After the annoyance of Skyrim I'm currently faced with I'd be happy to kill some zombies and vent my frustration.

I'll see whoevers there some campaign, multiplayer, scavenge, survival action. Just hope they've changed the mutation because it's currently been a month and I only need one for achievement.

I'll show up ridge - if its only the pair of us though then i'll go off and try to get to level 45 on BF3 instead.

If theres 3 or more of us then im up for some L4D2 campaign.

LEVEL A CHARGE / Kill a Charger with a melee weapon while they are charging
HEARTWARMER / In a Versus round, leave the saferoom to defibrillate a dead teammate
STRENGTH IN NUMBERS / Form a team and beat an enemy team in 4v4 Versus or Scavenge
BEAT THE RUSH / In a Survival round, get a medal only using melee weapons
GAS GUZZLER / Collect 100 gas cans in Scavenge
GAS SHORTAGE / Cause 25 gas can drops as a Special Infected
WEDDING CRASHER / As the Charger, grab a Survivor and crash them through 8 chairs at the wedding
MUTANT OVERLORD / Play 6 Mutations
PORT OF SCAVENGE / Play 5 full games of Scavenge on The Port
BARREL ROLLED / Kill a Special Infected with an exploding barrel
CHAOS GENERATOR / Have all 3 generators running at once in "The Sacrifice" finale
SACRIFIZZLE / As a Special Infected, incap someone who is trying to sacrifice themselves

SHOCK JOCK - revive 10 dead survivors with the defibrilator - 8/10
THE QUICK AN THE DEAD - revive 10 incapped while under adrenaline - 7/10
FRIED PIPER - using a molotov burn a clown leading at least 10 infected
WING AND A PRAYER - defend yourself at the crashed airline without taking damage
HEARTWARMER - in a versus round leave the safe room to defib a dead team mate
STRENGTH IN NUMBERS - form a team and beat an enemy team in 4v4 versus or scavenge
BEAT THE RUSH - in a survival round, get a medal only using melee weapons
GAS GUZZLER - collect 100 gas cans - 97/100
WEDDING CRASHER - charge a survivor into 8 chairs at the wedding
MUTANT OVERLORD - play 6 mutations - 4/6
FORE! - knock off the heads of 18 infected with the golf club

Advanced notice:

Ridge and I are trying to organise an evening with a large enough group to try & achieve a few of the harder to win achievements on L4D & L4D2 - this will include all the DLC (IE: 4V4 and Wedding Crasher to name a few)

Currently all the DLC (For both L4D & L4D2 - Crash Course / The Passing & The Sacrifice) are 560 M$ each so those looking for some additional achievements & haven't got them yet could be worth a flutter?

Once we have a date in mind something will be posted so to give everyone as much notice as possible.
